if you could be anywhere in the world doing anything you wanted right now, where would you be and what would you be doing?

i am pretty ok here and now. i just ate a baked potato for the first time in a long while.
if i had some real desire to be somewhere else doing something, i could just get up and go now.
so i think the fact i am still sitting here means that i want to be here.

what do you aspire to?

Contentment with simplicity, and a greater understanding of history and the natural world.

what do you think happens to us after we die?

The body ceases function, a word or sentence may be uttered immediately before death, someone finds out, someone tells the family or it is the family that finds out first, there is a period mourning that might involve a small get together with ‘diet-neutral’ snacks, people will cry and wish good things, there might be a funeral, and the body may be buried or cremated.

has anyone ever said something about you to you that shocked you?

lots of things. i have a very high opinion of myself which no-one else has.
